BWC Plastics are specialists in custom design rigid and flexible pvc extrusions. We are a small independent business which is part of B.W.Aluminium Limited a supplier of bespoke aluminium extrusions www.bwaluminium.co.uk.
BWC Plastics recognises its position within the plastic extrusion field. We are a small growing business currently running just three plastic extrusion lines. We fully understand that not all customers want to purchase thousands of metres of their section, as a consequence BWC Plastics is happy to produce pvc extrusions in short runs where required, and will quote any section at any quantity.
We provide a customer friendly service aimed at satisfying the most onerous demands made on us. If you have the need of design input we will happily oblige utilising the services of our external design engineer.
All tooling is made by specialist sub contractor tool makers who have many years experience in the design and manufacture of plastic extrusion tools. Outsourcing the tooling allows us to concentrate on our core business of extruding plastic. BWC will prepare section drawings for the approval of our customers and will put in place quality procedures to ensure consistency of supply.
Currently BWC Plastics do not have ISO9001:2000 accreditation, however the parent company B.W.Aluminium Limited does, and we currently adopt similar procedures and working practices to those employed by the Aluminium business. It is the intention to get full accreditation within the next twelve months.
